All of our operatives are qualified or working towards CSCS & PASMA certifications and in addition, the site supervisors are trained in first aid.

Top Decor Ltd was formed in 2005 by Dave Sheppard and Martin Hill, with 60 years of combined experience.
We offer a fully insured and professional service and aim to be competitive on price. We can quote from site visits, bill of quantities, plan and spec.
